Note: 1. 

Land Holding in case of farmhouses has since been reduced from 1.0 hectare to 0.8 hectare, these shall be permitted a total covered area of 400 sq.mtr. and levy payable shall be Rs.90,000/- only.

Note: 2.

DDA will prepare plan of those areas where farmhouses are located to indicate road net work and owners will be required to surrender land free of cost for circulation network and infrastructural requirements as per layout plan. However they will be allowed benefit of FAR on total area.

Note: 3.

An extra floor, a third, for houses on plots upto 50 square meters.

Note: 4.

Complete three floors construction permitted for plots bigger than 50 square meters. Earlier Two and a half floor were allowed.

Note: 5.

Four floors permitted now for houses on plots above 250 square meters, facing 24 m-wide, or more, roads.

Note: 6.

Basements excluded from the floor-area-ratio (FAR) calculation in residential plots.

Note: 7.

Two extra floors in group housing societies. FAR increased from 133 sq.mtr. to 167 sq.mtr.; permissible height, 33 m. Additional FAR upto 400 square meters allowed for community hall, recreation hall, creche, library, reading room and society office.

Note: 8.

Professional activity allowed on 25 per cent of the FAR or 100 square meters, whichever is less, in residential premises.

Note: 9.

Minimum area of land for a farmhouse reduced from one hectare to 0.8 hectare. Permissible coverage for one-and two-hectare farmhouses, increased to 500 square meters, including a basement. On plots of two hectares and more, permissible coverage will be five per cent, subject to a maximum of 500 square meters. The number of floors allowed increased from one to two.
